To me the whole outfit screams of a dominatrix walking the streets. Once she gets home that outfit comes off, and all you see is tight leather hugging her body with the whip attached. lol I’m sure that her stylist encouraged her to put those shoes on, and she should get a reward in return: A PINK SLIP!
